Every condo moving service with Rodex Movers is a complete, managed relocation from start to finish. Here’s what is covered as standard.

Careful Handling of Fragile Household Items

Fragile belongings deserve extra care. Whether it’s mirrors, artwork, glass furniture, display cabinets, televisions, or decorative pieces, our movers use suitable protective materials and careful handling throughout.

Pricing

How Much Does a Condo Moving Service Cost in Singapore?

The cost of a condo moving service in Singapore depends on the details of your move. Some of the factors we consider include:

Volume and type of items: larger households and bulky furniture require more manpower, materials, and a larger vehicle

Accessibility: service lift availability, loading bay access, carry distance, floor level, and shuttling requirements

Condominium moving requirements: designated moving hours, lift booking procedures, or access restrictions

Optional services: packing and unpacking, temporary storage, furniture disposal, or moving insurance

Every condo move is different, which is why we recommend using our Instant Price Estimator to get a rough estimate. For a more accurate quotation, simply submit your enquiry and we’ll arrange a quick site survey if needed.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Condo Moving Services

Yes. We handle moves for private condominiums, executive condominiums (ECs), and apartment developments across Singapore. Our movers are familiar with different property layouts, access arrangements, and moving procedures.
Most condominiums require residents to obtain approval from the management office before moving day. We recommend checking with your condominium management as early as possible, as applications often need to be submitted several working days in advance.
Not at Rodex Movers. While some moving companies charge higher rates simply because a move involves a condominium, we don’t impose additional charges based on your property type alone. Instead, our pricing is based on the actual scope of your move, including the volume of items, accessibility, manpower required, and any optional services you choose. This means you’ll receive a fair, transparent quotation with no hidden fees.
The documents required vary between condominiums, but management offices commonly request:
  • Moving company details
  • Vehicle registration number(s)
  • Moving date and approved time slot
  • Public liability insurance or indemnity forms (where required)
  • Confirmation of service lift or lift padding arrangements
If you’re unsure what’s needed, simply let us know and we’ll provide the information required for your booking.

Light rain usually won’t stop the move. Our team uses protective wrapping and suitable packing materials to help keep your belongings dry during loading and unloading. If severe weather affects safety or causes significant delays, we’ll work with you to determine the most appropriate next steps.
Some condominiums require residents to pay a refundable moving deposit before moving day, while others do not. The amount and refund conditions vary by development, so we recommend checking directly with your condominium management office before your scheduled move.

Yes. Rescheduling is free with more than 14 working days’ notice. If less notice is given, a rescheduling fee may apply. Simply let us know as early as possible if your moving plans change.
